It is the responsibility of the potential renter and strongly recommended that you ascertain the validity of each property. Obtain terms and conditions in writing. Renters are aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies - World Vacation Rental recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser and for added protection, we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense (see AllTripInsurance.com or InsureMyTrip.com for details). Notice To Advertisers

Membership Cancellation Policy

World Vacation Rental listings run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (submitting to search engines, etc.) World Vacation Rental is unableto offer a refund on cancelled memberships.

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all localregulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

Property of the Market

If you wish to remove your property from the market,we can temporarily inactivate the World Vacation Rental listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your World Vacation Rental listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

Property Sold

If you sell your property, you can transfer your World Vacation Rental listing to a new owner for a one time $10 listing  transfer fee. No refund will be given, however, existing and new members are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.

Spamming Policy

Note: World Vacation Rental does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - World Vacation Rental reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that  mentions World Vacation Rental or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated World Vacation Rental email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. World Vacation Rental is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

Rental Inquries

It is the goal of World Vacation Rental to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by World Vacation Rental prior to delivery to World Vacation Rental members. Inquiries may be read by World Vacation Rental staff members.  Despite World Vacation Rental filtering efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway.  It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of World Vacation Rental filtering efforts.
